📦 Shipping Destinations

Matrigen Cosmetics ships across Canada and to select international destinations. Matrigen Cosmetics is the official Canadian distributor of MATRIGEN professional S.Korean skincare products.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses.

Standard Expedited Shipping Cost: $12 CAD
Estimated Delivery: 2–10 Business Days

Available shipping options and delivery estimates are displayed during checkout based on your destination.

⏱ Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays.

Unless otherwise requested, packages are shipped without a signature requirement.

📬 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number where applicable.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after the carrier receives your shipment.

⚠ Shipping Restrictions

Certain products, including aerosols, fragrances, liquid cleansers, toners, and alcohol-based products, may be classified as hazardous materials for transportation.

Due to carrier regulations, these products may only be shipped using eligible ground or standard shipping services. If your order contains restricted items, available shipping methods may be adjusted automatically during checkout.

🎁 Sending a Gift

You may ship your order directly to another recipient by selecting “New Shipping Address” during checkout.

Pricing information is never included inside the shipment.

📍 Incorrect Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

Matrigen Cosmetics is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
